It should not be difficult to self-checkout or cashier checkout at Whole Foods at 102B New Waverly Place, Cary, NC. 27518 Three times I tried to use the Whole Foods app and Amazon app to self- checkout at Whole Foods. I have the app open, click on “scan in-store” and get the message not connected. Go to a cashier and refresh my phone, connect to Whole Foods WIFI and it still won’t connect. Checking out at Whole Foods is a very painful experience. Amazon/Whole Foods wants you to use their apps but they don’t invest in quality network and business systems. Whole Foods wastes customers’ time. It is so easy to checkout at every other business. I have asked neighbors if they have had difficulty and they said yes. Some of us have ATT phone service and others have T-Mobile. Some have Apple phones others have Android. The Amazon Returns located in Waverly Place Whole Foods works without a hitch. Why can’s Amazon/Whole Foods invest in their technology to provide quality service? They certainly have enough money

I love Whole Foods. The hot bar is very nice - good selections. Incredible fruit uand vegetables options. The bakery has beautiful dessert selections. The fruit tarts are so pretty you don't even want to eat them. Pick up a cream puff. The pizza slices are great.

All the good things about Whole Foods but extremely crammed. The produce section is particularly rough and the aisles are too thin; they should probably shrink the beauty section or something. On the plus side, the quality of the product is generally very good, with solid meat, cheese, and seafood counters. The salad and hot bars are small for Whole Foods but quite decent. Same for wine and beer selection.

I recently shopped at the Whole Foods Market located at 102B New Waverly Place in Cary, NC, and had an excellent experience. This location stands out for its cleanliness, product quality, and overall shopping atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the store felt bright, organized, and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights is the incredible selection of fresh produce. The fruits and vegetables were beautifully displayed, well-stocked, and looked exceptionally fresh. Whether you're shopping for everyday groceries or specialty ingredients, this Whole Foods has a wide variety of options that are difficult to find at many traditional grocery stores. The prepared foods section was another standout. There was a large selection of fresh meals, salads, soups, and hot food options that looked delicious and professionally prepared. It's a great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner when you're short on time but still want something healthy and high quality. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Several employees greeted customers and offered assistance when needed, creating a welcoming shopping experience. If you have a bit of liquidity it seemed worth to me spending more to access Whole foods quality. Don't get me wrong - for a European (Swiss/Italian), quality will definitely underwhelm you anyway overall. But the beef section is very good! Very much enjoyed it. I shopped at Whole Foods 7 times during this trip to NC and am overall quite satisfied!
